Jason Saul

Founder & CEO

Jason Saul founded OutcomesX as a natural next step in his quest to improve global measurement of social impact. He also serves as founder and executive director of the Center for Impact Sciences at The University of Chicago and co-founder and lead consultant for the Impact Genome Project@Mission Measurement.

Jason has authored numerous books and articles on social impact measurement and strategy, including: Benchmarking for Nonprofits: How to Manage, Measure and Improve Performance (Fieldstone Press 2006); Social Innovation, Inc.: Five Strategies to Drive Business Value through Social Change (Jossey-Bass, October 2010); and The End of Fundraising: How to Raise More by Selling Your Impact (Jossey-Bass, February 2011).

Jason’s awards include receiving the Harry S. Truman scholarship for leadership and public service, and being named a Leadership Greater Chicago fellow. In 2008, Crain’s Chicago Business recognized Jason as one of “40 under 40” business leaders, and in 2010, Businessweek named him one of the Nation’s 25 Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs.

Jason holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, a masters degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelors degree in Government and French Literature from Cornell University.

Sandi Boga

Head of Product

As a product executive with over a decade of experience in SaaS product leadership, Sandi has honed her skills across diverse industries such as education, financial services, and philanthropy/social impact. Sandi has made it her career goal to help transform the philanthropic sector by equalizing power dynamics and ensuring nonprofits flourish, irrespective of their size, location, or mission.

At OutcomesX, her focus is on deeply understanding market problems for both impact funders and impact producers, and solving them with an easy-to-use technical solution. Before joining the team at OutcomesX, she worked as a Product Director at Benevity, leading the teams responsible for their grants management systems and nonprofit portal.

Sandi is based in Western Canada, and is an active volunteer and former nonprofit board member. In her free time she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and listening to live music.
